Mar 22, 2024
Time flies, and we live in an era of rapid change. The Mole Medical Team embarked on a journey to the First Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Bureau Group with advanced medical equipment and professional technical knowledge. The main task of this trip is to install and train the use of electronic bronchoscope and medical workstation for the hospital’s ICU department to improve the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment level and better serve patients.

The First Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Bureau Group, as a large local hospital with a long history and excellent reputation, has always been committed to providing high-quality medical services. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of medical technology and the growing needs of patients, hospitals have become increasingly urgent in introducing advanced medical equipment and improving medical technology. The introduction of electronic bronchoscope and medical workstation is an important step taken by the hospital in improving its diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
After arriving at the hospital, the Mole medical team immediately had in-depth exchanges with the medical staff in the ICU department. The engineer introduced in detail the performance characteristics, operation methods and maintenance of the electronic bronchoscope and medical workstation. The medical staff listened with great interest and raised their own questions and opinions from time to time. The atmosphere at the scene was warm and harmonious.
Next, the Mole medical team began the intense and orderly installation work. They first conducted a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the existing equipment in the ICU department to ensure that the installation of new equipment would not interfere with other equipment. Afterwards, the team members divided the work and collaborated. Some were responsible for installing the electronic bronchoscope, and some were responsible for debugging the medical workstation. Everyone was fully focused on their work.

After several hours of hard work, the electronic bronchoscope and medical workstation were finally installed. The medical staff gathered around eagerly and wanted to personally operate these new equipment. Under the careful guidance of members of the Mole Medical Team, the medical staff gradually mastered the operation methods of the equipment, and all said that these new equipment will greatly improve their work efficiency and diagnosis and treatment level.
In addition to equipment installation and operation training, the Mole Medical team also provided medical staff with a detailed user manual and maintenance guide. The manual introduces in detail the functions, operating procedures and solutions to common problems of the equipment. The maintenance guide provides daily maintenance and repair suggestions for the equipment to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
In addition, the Mole Medical Team also had in-depth exchanges with medical staff on precautions for the practical application of electronic bronchoscope and medical workstation. They emphasized the safety and standardization of equipment use and reminded medical staff to strictly abide by operating procedures during operation to ensure patient safety. At the same time, they also shared some valuable experiences accumulated in the use of these devices, providing useful reference for medical staff.
After the training, the leaders of the First Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Bureau Group spoke highly of the professional skills and high-quality services of the Mole Medical Team. They said that this installation training not only brought advanced medical equipment to the hospital, but more importantly, provided a rare learning opportunity for medical staff, allowing them to master more advanced diagnosis and treatment technologies and provide patients with better services.
Looking back on this installation training event, the Mole Medical Team deeply feels the great responsibility and glorious mission. They stated that they will continue to uphold the concepts of “professionalism, innovation, and service”, continuously improve their technical level and service quality, and provide high-quality medical equipment and technical support to more medical institutions and patients.
